Support Center - Entity Classification Election

This Support Center is designed to answer many of your Frequently Asked Questions regarding our Form 8832 Form Genie. All support services (including co-branded affiliates) are provided directly by Tax9er.com.

Login/Account Issues

I was working on my application and my machine crashed. How can I access my application again? You can login with your e-mail address and password. All of the data that you entered will have been saved and you can proceed with your application where you left off.
Start here and login as a Returning User.

I have forgotten my password Submit a support request to Customer Service (see below) and your password will be e-mailed to you.

Multiple requests

I need to apply for multiple businesses using the same e-mail address. If you need to submit multiple Entity Classification Election applications for different businesses under the same e-mail address, suffix a : and a number to your e-mail address, i.e. harrymiller@aol.com:2 when creating your account. This will establish a record for each new application but will allow us to communicate with you using the non-suffixed version of your e-mail address (i.e. harrymiller@aol.com).

Billing Issues

I just called the IRS and they said there is no charge for this service. Why was I charged? Our service represents a fast and convenient method of completing the Entity Classification Election process in the same way programs like Intuit's TurboTax® make the process of completing a 1040 less taxing. This system was assembled by accountants with a broad base of tax and online filing expertise and our online Form 8832 help and Quick Facts are far more comprehensive than anything available from the IRS or the private sector.
